A celebration for investors: indices rise, cyber giant stock jumps by more than 10%

A stormy trading day closed with sharp gains in the leading indices. While one of the largest technology companies records an unusual double-digit jump, retail giant Shufersal and airline El Al disappoint investors and plummet.

The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange closed today, Thursday, with gains in the two main indices. The TA-35 rose by 1.17% to 4,193.68 points, and the TA-125 index rose by 1.27% to 4,094.17 points.

Among the top five rising stocks, the leader is Palo Alto, whose stock rose by 10.62% to 111,550 agorot. In second place is Israel Canada, which grew by 7.95% to 1,480 agorot.

Other companies showing positive momentum include Rimon, with a 7.71% increase to 11,740 agorot. Matrix stock rose by 6.89% to 10,680 agorot, followed by Shikun & Binui, which rose by 6.36% to 1,790 agorot.

Among the five falling stocks, the biggest loser is Ackerstein Group, which fell by 7.52% to 785.7 agorot. In second place is the Shufersal chain, whose stock plummeted by 7.33% to 3,994 agorot.

Next is Nayax, which decreased by 3.69% to 15,650 agorot. Airline El Al disappointed investors, with its stock falling by 3.05% to 1,682 agorot. Following it is Qualitau, which fell by 3% to 36,800 agorot.
