Israeli Premier League Footballer Investigated for Sexual Harassment
Israeli police are investigating a Premier League football player over allegations of sexual harassment and an indecent act against a medical masseur.

Israeli police launched an investigation on Tuesday evening following a complaint filed against a Premier League professional football player suspected of sexual harassment and committing an indecent act against a medical masseur at his home a few days ago.
According to the complainant, the professional athlete also pressured him to perform a sexual act without consent. The masseur stated in his police testimony that the incident occurred during a routine professional session at the player's residence, leaving him in a state of severe psychological shock and emotional distress.
Following the incident, the victim sought medical treatment at a hospital in central Israel and provided investigators with WhatsApp text messages in which the footballer allegedly urged him not to report the matter to authorities. Police authorities plan to summon the suspect for formal questioning under caution and intend to arrange a confrontation between the two parties.
Law enforcement officials confirmed that an official complaint regarding a sexual offense involving a professional football player has been registered, and an active inquiry is currently underway. The footballer strongly denies the allegations, claiming through his defense that the masseur attempted to extort him.
