The new episode of the podcast "The Wizard and His Sons" has just been released and is already making headlines. This time, the legendary former footballer and Reshet 13 presenter, Eyal Berkovic, launched an attack against the financial conduct of his son, Lior Berkovic, revealing: "I saved him a million shekels."
During the episode, which he hosts alongside his son Lior and his partner Yoav Gavizon, Berkovic addressed the reckless financial behavior of his son and criticized the general conduct of his generation.
"You have anxieties, deal with simplicity"
Berkovic began by addressing the struggles of his son, who is set to star in the upcoming season of "Goalstar," filmed in the Philippines: "You have anxieties because you, your generation, does not deal with simplicity."
"You deal with a million things and do not deal with simplicity. Enjoy the simple things." Lior intervened firmly: "Come live for a week on Shenkin, you'll see what kind of pressure it is," while Berko continued: "What I want to say is don't get into adventures, all the time an adventure."
"That's what destroys you"
Gavizon responded: "But that's our character," to which Berkovic replied: "But that's what destroys you." Lior continued: "So get a scoop - I booked Burning Man, I'm flying in three weeks."
Berko the father replied: "But that's not an adventure, that's your love, that's something different," while his son answered: "Come there and see what an adventure is." Gavizon added: "We are a generation of overthinking."
"If he doesn't listen to me - a million shekels is gone"
Berkovic continued, revealing a detail about his son:
"I saved him this month a million shekels. If he doesn't listen to me, a million shekels is gone. Ask him, he will tell you. Don't be tempted, think."
Lior confirmed: "True." When Gavizon asked if business investments were the source of their anxieties, Berkovic replied unequivocally: "Yes."
