Eyal Berkovic is once again at the center of a family Botox saga. The former footballer and Reshet 13 presenter was documented at the clinic of Dr. Amir Zarach while undergoing a cosmetic treatment on his face.
Quick to respond to the news was his son, Lior Berkovic, who had previously been at the center of the family drama after it was revealed that he himself had undergone Botox injections with the same doctor.
Lior did not miss the opportunity to jab at his father, writing in a story: "You have no shame, after you shamed me in public." He later added: "Pshhh, there is no trust, give it up for Zarach."
The treatment Berkovic underwent takes on additional significance because it is the same Dr. Amir Zarach who previously treated Lior. In fact, just last month, Berkovic himself revealed the story on the podcast "The Magician and His Sons," and later on the program "Moriah and Berko" on Reshet 13.
During the program, Berkovic hosted Dr. Zarach and said that he discovered his son had undergone a Botox treatment during a chance meeting with the doctor in Ibiza. "What luck that we met in Ibiza, if not, I wouldn't have known," Berkovic said at the time.
Lior did not like the public exposure and replied at the time in a story: "A, I am 28 years old, B, Dad, you ruined my life, C, I have another secret, but that one you will never discover in this life."
However, in that same interview, it turned out that Berkovic himself had already experimented with Botox in the past. "I will confess, I also did Botox here near the eyes. It's not terrible at all, it was fine and it also worked, but after 3 or 4 months it faded," he said.
Later, he even turned to Dr. Zarach and clarified that he intended to return to him: "So what? Every 3 or 4 months you have to do Botox? A quick procedure, snap. Okay, next time I will come to you, maybe it will last me longer than 3 or 4 months."
Now it seems that promise has indeed been kept. Berkovic was documented lying in Dr. Zarach's treatment chair while the doctor performed the procedure on his face. Lior, for his part, has already taken the opportunity to get back at his father for the previous exposure.
