There are many ways to get to the Sea of Galilee, but one route turns the trip itself into an adventure. In Moshav Amnon, facing the impressive landscapes of the Sea of Galilee and the Galilee, you can combine two things in one stop that go perfectly together: a bit of off-road adrenaline and a good cup of coffee with a view.

Starting with action: 'Razer HaTzafon'

'Razer HaTzafon - Boutique Tours', located in Moshav Amnon, offers Razer trips on routes that traverse the region's landscapes and reach the Sea of Galilee area.

The recommended route lasts about an hour and a quarter and covers about 20 km. Along the way, off-road driving, nature, and observation points with views of the Galilee and the Sea of Galilee are combined—so even those who have visited the area many times can get to know it from a completely different angle.

The activity is also suitable for families and groups: you can go out in a family vehicle designed for up to six passengers for 750 shekels. Couples can choose a two-seater Kawasaki or Fogelman vehicle for 600–800 shekels, depending on the vehicle and route chosen.

Trips take place from Sunday to Friday by prior reservation. The site is closed on Saturdays.

Finishing with a view: 'Nogaya'

After an hour and a quarter of off-road dust and adrenaline, there is no need to rush back to the car. Right in Moshav Amnon is 'Nogaya'—a strictly kosher coffee cart with seating areas overlooking the Sea of Galilee.

The menu includes hot and cold coffee, acai, soft-serve ice cream, freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh pastries, quiches, and a selection of desserts—exactly what is needed after an off-road trip or as a stop in itself on the way north.

The cart is part of a complex that also features the 'Mul HaTzuk' meat food truck, so you can turn your stop into a real outing, from a meal to coffee and dessert, with the Sea of Galilee spread out before you.

Where: Moshav Amnon, HaDekel Street, next to the soccer field.

Two experiences in one stop

Combining these two spots makes it easy to build a few hours of leisure without running between destinations: arrive at Moshav Amnon, go out for a Razer trip facing the northern landscapes, and return to enjoy coffee and dessert in front of the Sea of Galilee.

So next time you are on your way north, perhaps it is worth not only asking where to stop, but how to turn the stop itself into part of the trip.
