Emunah Academic College of Arts and Design in Jerusalem will host a festive alumni conference titled "Stage for the Generations" on Monday, November 9, 2026, marking 30 years since the establishment of its Theater Department. The landmark event celebrates three decades of artistic, educational, and cultural contributions that have shaped the Israeli theater landscape.

Over the past thirty years, the department has nurtured generations of creators, actresses, and directors who have integrated into the professional theater world, founded independent artistic frameworks, and led significant cultural and social initiatives. Their work uniquely bridges the worlds of professional theater, Jewish culture, and the distinct voices of women creators. Dr. Sarit Kaufman-Simhon, head of the Theater Department, noted that hundreds of alumni carry their passion for the theater across the country as educators and creators.

Dr. Efrat Grossman, head of the college, emphasized that Emunah remains the only institution in Israel offering an academic bachelor's degree in theater tailored to the religious public. The conference will highlight prominent alumni such as director Orian Lipshitz, founder of the Pumbi Theater Group and Rosenblum Prize laureate; actress and director Galit Tsabari; and Racheli Moskowitz, founder of the Lchisha Theater and recipient of the Education Minister's Prize for Jewish Culture.
