Starting the celebrations now: Daniel Amit and Emily Damari celebrate a "mini-wedding"
A week before their official ceremony, the couple hosted an intimate event with family and friends. Both dressed in white, the brides enjoyed a blessing ceremony and performances by Lee Biran and Lauren Peled.

Food blogger Daniel Amit and her partner, hostage survivor Emily Damari, are preparing for their wedding on August 27 in Tel Aviv. Ahead of the big day, the couple celebrated at an intimate event with family and close friends. The two entered the venue dressed in white, looking radiant as their guests cheered them on.
In a social media post, Daniel described the evening as a "mini-wedding" for their parents' friends. The event did not include a chuppah, but rather featured a small blessing ceremony followed by performances from Lee Biran and Lauren Peled. It seems this celebration was just a preview of the main event to come.
Emily and Daniel revealed their wedding date four months after Damari got down on one knee, and since then, Amit has also proposed in return. By the end of the month, the couple will stand under the chuppah to officially tie the knot, and until then, it seems they have no intention of stopping the celebrations.
