In an awkward recording, she gives him a gift and promises to return the following week, while the actor appears visibly uncomfortable. Users on the network were outraged, and one of them wrote:

Another suggested: "Disney employees need a distress signal to get backup."

The incident sparked harsh claims from former employees regarding a lack of protection against adult visitors. Alissa Cleansing, who previously played Princess Elsa, shared a disturbing experience with an adult visitor and admitted:

"I froze in fear instead of breaking character."

She added that although she reported the case repeatedly, the company did not act on the matter.
