Eli Ohana, the former Israeli football star and prominent media personality, has been absent from television and radio broadcasts in recent days due to sudden health issues. Ohana missed his regular Friday appearance on Keshet 12's talk show alongside Ofira Assayag and Barak Sari, and was also absent from their joint morning broadcast on 103FM.

Stepping in for Ohana on the 103FM radio show was journalist Avishai Grinzaig, the legal correspondent and commentator for i24NEWS. Grinzaig joined Barak Sari in the studio to discuss current political and legal developments, bringing a distinct professional perspective to the broadcast.

Ohana co-hosts the morning program on 103FM every Sunday and Thursday alongside Sari. The two frequently engage in lively on-air debates reflecting their contrasting political views. In recent weeks, their discussions have focused extensively on election outcomes and the political landscape, including potential coalition talks involving figures like Gadi Eisenkot.

Keshet 12 Broadcasts Continue Without Him

Earlier this year in January, Ohana joined the Keshet 12 Friday talk show following the departure of Haim Levinson, prompting a rename of the program to 'Ofira Ohana Sari'. Despite his recent absence, the show went ahead on Friday, drawing strong viewing figures of 8.4% and reaching 244,000 viewers.

While Ohana recovers from his indisposition, it remains unclear when he will return to the airwaves. Fans and viewers await updates on whether he will resume his co-hosting duties for the upcoming Thursday radio broadcast and the Friday television slot.
