TV presenter Eden Harel appeared this Saturday on the program "Siha" ("Conversation") with Oded Arush on Channel 14, where she opened her heart to share the incredible story of her life. Harel candidly described the various stages of her journey: from a complex childhood in the shadow of her parents' divorce and a brilliant, stormy international career at MTV, to her moving return to religion and the establishment of a wonderful Jewish family.
During the interview, Harel shared difficult childhood memories marked by severe financial hardship, frequent moves, and a deep sense of loneliness. Growing up with almost no father figure, she watched her mother work long hours just to make ends meet. Despite the challenges and a move to a boarding school at a young age, she remained optimistic. After leaving her studies and working odd jobs in Tel Aviv, her big break came on MTV, which propelled her to become one of the most recognized and successful Israeli presenters worldwide.
However, at the peak of her fame and international glamour, Harel felt an immense emptiness. This led her on a spiritual search across the Far East, until she realized that what she was truly seeking was the Holy One, Blessed be He. The real turning point in her life came after returning to Israel and meeting her husband, Oded Menashe, with whom she embarked on a deep process of drawing closer to tradition and building a faithful home. Today, as she raises her children in faith and love, she understands that every stage of her life was part of a precise Divine Providence that led her to her true destiny.
