Overnight: Two electric scooter riders seriously injured in Tel Aviv and Segev Shalom
Two young men were evacuated to hospitals overnight in serious condition: a 16-year-old teenager was injured while riding in Segev Shalom and evacuated to Soroka Hospital unconscious, and a 22-year-old man was injured after colliding with a pole in Tel Aviv and evacuated to Ichilov Hospital.

Two young men were seriously injured overnight (between Tuesday and Wednesday) in separate electric scooter accidents. In Segev Shalom, a 16-year-old teenager was injured while riding and was evacuated to Soroka Hospital unconscious, suffering from a head injury. In Tel Aviv, a 22-year-old man was injured after colliding with a pole on Mahal Street and was evacuated to Ichilov Hospital while conscious, suffering from chest and limb injuries.
According to a report by Magen David Adom (MDA), at 00:55 a call was received at the Negev district dispatch center regarding a 16-year-old teenager who was injured while riding an electric scooter in Segev Shalom. MDA medics and paramedics who arrived at the scene provided him with medical treatment and evacuated him to Soroka Hospital in serious condition, unconscious and suffering from a head injury.
MDA medic Yasser Abu Rigila said:
"We saw the teenager unconscious with a severe head injury after he was injured while riding an electric scooter. We provided him with life-saving medical treatment and evacuated him to the hospital in serious condition."
Earlier, it was reported that at 00:05, a call was received at the MDA Dan district dispatch center regarding a 22-year-old man who was riding an electric scooter and collided with a pole on Mahal Street in Tel Aviv. MDA medics and paramedics provided him with medical treatment and evacuated him to Ichilov Hospital in serious condition, while conscious and suffering from chest and limb injuries.
MDA paramedic Udi Edri and MDA medic David Yitzhaki said:
"We saw the young man lying on the road on the side of the path while conscious and suffering from severe body injuries, after he collided with a pole while riding an electric scooter. We provided him with life-saving medical treatment and evacuated him to the hospital in serious condition."
