Drama at Maccabi Tel Aviv: Why Roy Revivo fears his transfer will be torpedoed again

Beyond the percentage issue, there is a gap of about half a million euros between the Spanish team's offer and the amount Maccabi Tel Aviv is seeking—which hovers around four million euros. Furthermore, there is a disagreement regarding future sell-on clauses: Maccabi Tel Aviv demands 30% of any future sale, while the Spanish side is only willing to offer 15%.
These gaps cast significant doubt on the realization of the deal. Given that Roy Revivo has been in a downcast mood all week, fearing that Maccabi Tel Aviv will block his exit again this summer, the player held a conversation with head coach Kenny Miller and agreed that, under these circumstances, he will not fly with the team to Batumi today for the match against CSKA Sofia.
