Two youths critically and seriously injured in a collision between a car and a bus in the Sharon region
A private car collided with a bus on Route 5504 near Nir Eliyahu on Monday evening. Two 18-year-old youths sustained critical and serious injuries in the accident.
A private car collided this evening, Monday, with a bus on Route 5504 near Nir Eliyahu in the Sharon region, resulting in critical and serious injuries to two 18-year-old youths.
The accident was reported to the MADA 101 emergency center at 18:28. Medics and paramedics who arrived at the scene reported that the youth in critical condition was trapped in the vehicle and had sustained a severe head injury.
Additional MADA teams provided medical treatment to the second youth, who was seriously injured, and evacuated him to Beilinson Hospital with injuries to his head and limbs. The bus driver was evacuated to Meir Hospital in light condition.
