Counterfeit food products distributed in Israel: Company warns - "Do not consume"
Products bearing the identification details of the company "Peer HaBasar VeHaOf Ltd." were found in marketing channels, but according to the company, they were not produced by them at all. The company has contacted the Ministry of Health, and the public is requested not to consume them.

The company "Peer HaBasar VeHaOf Ltd." published a notice today (Wednesday) to its customers, after stating it was brought to its attention that there are products in marketing channels called "Kube for cooking," packaged with a label of the company "HaKubot Shel Simcha" and including identification of "Peer HaBasar VeHaOf" as the manufacturer.
The company clarified that the product was not produced by it and that its products are not marked with the "HaKubot Shel Simcha" brand. Following the fear of counterfeiting, the public is requested not to consume the products. It was further stated that the company is acting in full cooperation with the Ministry of Health. Customers who possess the mentioned products are requested to contact the company for clarification at 08-8584142.
This case joins previous notices about products found in marketing channels, despite not being produced or imported by the companies whose details appeared on the packaging. In February 2026, the company "Adin" announced that products were found in marketing channels that were not imported by it, despite the marking appearing on the packaging, and that these were products identified as counterfeit.
According to the company's notice at the time, it concerned "Arba VeEsrim" products – nut-flavored wafers as well as chocolate-flavored wafers of the "Adin" brand, weighing 200 grams. The notice referred to all expiration dates. The packaging listed the manufacturer as MH BH GIDA from Turkey and the importer as "Adin Roladin Ltd." In this case as well, the public was requested not to consume the products due to fear of counterfeiting.
