Daniel Rosenbaum Signs with Hapoel Eilat for the Upcoming Season
The shooting guard (29, 1.97m), who excelled in recent years for Hapoel Haifa, has joined the team recently promoted to the Super League. Coach Oren Aharoni: "A high-quality player with an excellent personality who fits the identity of the team we want to build."
Hapoel Ironi Eilat announced this Thursday evening, following the conclusion of Tisha B'Av, the signing of naturalized shooting guard Daniel Rosenbaum for the upcoming season. Rosenbaum is the first Israeli reinforcement to sign with the team ahead of the new campaign.
"We are happy that Daniel is joining the team as it takes shape. He is a high-quality player with an excellent personality who fits the identity of the team we want to build this year," said head coach Oren Aharoni in an official club statement.
Rosenbaum (29, 1.97m) spent the last three seasons at Hapoel Haifa, competing successfully in the Super League for the first two years. This past season, he was one of the standouts in the National League, averaging 13.8 points and 4.6 rebounds per game. Previously, he played for Hapoel Galil Elyon, Maccabi and Hapoel Ramat Gan, Elitzur Eito Ashkelon, and Hapoel Jerusalem.
In addition to Rosenbaum, Eilat has added Kendall McCullum, who previously played for Maccabi Ramat Gan, and Aaron Wheeler, who played last season for Hapoel HaEmek. Three players are continuing with the team following their promotion from the National League: Tzuf Ben Moshe, Ben Royna, and Eliad Tal.
