42% growth: Cato Networks crossed an annual revenue run rate of $415 million
The Israeli cybersecurity company Cato Networks reported that its annual recurring revenue reached more than $415 million, after 42% growth over the year. In just about five months, the company added more than $60 million to ARR — a figure that, according to sources, strengthens estimates that it is approaching maturity ahead of an IPO on Wall Street.

The Israeli cybersecurity company Cato Networks reports that it has crossed the $415 million threshold in annual recurring revenue (ARR). The company stated this represents 42% growth compared with the previous year, a figure that continues the trend reported in February, when it stood at an ARR of $350 million after 43% growth.
This means that within about five months, Cato added more than $60 million to its annual recurring revenue, while maintaining a growth pace of more than 40%.
According to industry sources, these data reinforce market estimates that Cato is approaching a stage in which it will be able to consider an IPO on Wall Street. In recent years, following the correction in the technology market, investors in the United States tend to grant the highest multiples to companies that manage to show both a significant revenue scale and continued rapid growth.
According to the company, the main growth engine continues to be enterprise customers. During the second quarter, Cato signed a number of contracts worth millions of dollars with Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies in the fields of industry, robotics, communications, and data analytics. Today, the company serves more than 4,800 customers worldwide.
“Crossing the $415 million ARR threshold reflects the trends we see in the market. The shift of organizations to the cloud and the accelerated adoption of artificial intelligence applications increase the need for security platforms that provide unified and flexible protection. Cato’s growth reflects organizations’ trust in our platform, which was built to address the needs of the AI era,” said Shlomo Kramer, co-founder and CEO of Cato Networks.
Alongside business growth, the company continues to expand its activity in the field of artificial intelligence security. Cato reported high demand for the Cato AI Security solution, launched after the acquisition of Aim Security, as well as new capabilities for managing and securing AI agents. In addition, it stated that it managed to cut the time to deliver protection against new security vulnerabilities to just 45 minutes.
It was previously reported that Cato was looking for a buyer, which was later denied by the company.
