A blow to investors: tech stocks plunge, identifying the day's biggest loser

The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange closed today, Wednesday, with declines across both major indices. The TA-35 index fell by 0.2% to 4,167.91 points, while the TA-125 index dropped by 0.02% to 4,039.99 points.

Among the top gainers, Damri led the market with a notable increase of 6.65%, reaching 35,280 agorot. Electra Real Estate followed with a 6.57% rise to 2,920 agorot, while Tamar Petroleum shares grew by 6.45% to 3,085 agorot.

Beit Shemesh, which manufactures and refurbishes jet parts and engines for civil and defense aviation, saw its shares climb by 6.01% to 77,100 agorot. Delek rounded out the top five, with shares rising by 5.58% to 8,615 agorot.

Among the day's biggest losers, Camtek shares plunged by 7.27% to 44,890 agorot. Tower shares also disappointed investors, plummeting by 7.08% to 68,480 agorot.

Priortech shares decreased by 5.97% to 29,000 agorot. They were followed by Palo Alto, down 5.77% to 105,000 agorot, and Nova, which saw a 4.62% decline to 112,970 agorot.
