Major Deal in Netanya: 666 Million Shekels for New Project

The construction and infrastructure company Danya has been selected as the general contractor for a project in Kiryat HaSharon that will include 635 housing units in 8 towers.

Danya, a construction and infrastructure company from the Lapidot Capital group, and Gindi Holdings have signed an agreement for the residential project "The New North in Kiryat HaSharon-Netanya." As part of the agreement, Danya was selected as the general contractor on behalf of Gindi Israel 2010 Ltd. The scope of the contract for the execution of works is estimated at approximately 666 million shekels, plus VAT and linkage.

The large-scale project will include 635 housing units spread across 8 residential towers of 17-20 floors. Alongside the towers, the complex will feature four two-level underground parking lots, commercial areas, and public spaces. Construction is expected to begin within the next 12 months, with occupancy anticipated in about 4 years.

This agreement marks another milestone in the long-standing cooperation between Gindi Holdings and Danya. Over the past decade, Danya has built nearly 10,000 housing units for Gindi Holdings.
