It seems that the Israeli real estate market continues to show resilience even in a period of economic uncertainty, against the backdrop of the shaky security situation and the threat looming over a return to fighting against Iran. After months in which the high interest rate weighed on buyer activity, the financing environment has gradually become more comfortable following the interest rate cuts by the Bank of Israel, which has brought some demand back to the market.

At the same time, the volume of mortgage taking continues to show a recovery compared to the same period last year, although many buyers are still carefully examining their steps in light of the high apartment prices and the situation in the economy. The real estate agency Re/Max reported on the prominent real estate deals made across the country in the last week, and presents an up-to-date picture of the prices on the ground.

In the city of Haifa, Re/Max reported the sale of a 3-room apartment on Taanach Street, 43 square meters in size on the 2nd floor out of 4, for the sum of 720,000 shekels. Also in Haifa, a 3-room apartment was sold on Nissenbaum Street, 60 square meters in size on the 12th floor out of 18 with an elevator, for the sum of 1.25 million shekels.

When approaching the center, prices rise, and this is nothing new in Israel, whose real estate market is known for huge gaps between the center and other areas. In the city of Ramle for example, a 5-room apartment was sold on Moshe Levi Street in the Neot Shamir neighborhood, 140 square meters in size with a 20 square meter balcony on the 2nd floor out of 8, with a MAMAD (protected space), parking and an elevator, for the sum of 2.235 million shekels.

In Rishon LeZion, Re/Max reported the sale of a 6-room roof apartment on Remez Street, about 160 square meters in size on the 4th floor out of 4, with an elevator and parking, for the sum of 2.61 million shekels. Also in Rishon LeZion, a 3-room apartment was sold on HaTzabar Street, about 75 square meters in size with a sun balcony of about 12 square meters, on the 2nd floor out of 4 with an elevator, MAMAD and parking, for the sum of 2.3 million shekels. In addition, a 3-room apartment was sold on Yaakov Ben Sira Street, about 75 square meters in size, with a sun balcony of about 12 square meters on the 2nd floor out of 8, with an elevator, parking and MAMAD, for the sum of 2.25 million shekels.

And in the city of the reality of the Israeli real estate market, which is of course Beersheba, a 4-room apartment was sold this week on Eshkoliot Street in the Ramot neighborhood, 120 square meters in size, with a 15 square meter balcony on the 2nd floor out of 5, with an elevator, parking and MAMAD, for the sum of 1.54 million shekels. In addition, a 4-room apartment was sold on Derech HaMeshachrerim Street in neighborhood Bet in the city, 76 square meters in size on the 4th floor out of 4, for the sum of 820,000 shekels. Also in Beersheba, a 3-room apartment was sold on Sanhedrin Street in neighborhood Dalet, 60 square meters in size on the 3rd floor out of 3, for the sum of 525,000 shekels.
