Check Point Reports Q3 Revenue of $670 Million and Predicts Recovery
Check Point Software Technologies reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $670 million, meeting guidance while anticipating a gradual recovery starting next quarter.

Check Point Software Technologies reported its third-quarter 2026 financial results, posting moderate figures that aligned with its previous guidance ranges. The cybersecurity giant recorded a 1.1% revenue decrease compared to the same period last year, reaching approximately $670 million, which fell slightly below the analyst consensus of about $672 million.
On the bottom line, the company posted a non-GAAP net income of $2.49 per share, matching Wall Street expectations. Net income totaled $185 million, or $254 million on a non-GAAP basis, both marking declines from the corresponding quarter in the previous year. Free cash flow stood at $258 million, while cash reserves closed at $4.1 billion against nearly $2 billion in long-term debt owed to convertible noteholders.
During the first nine months of the year, Check Point achieved a 1.6% revenue growth exceeding $2 billion. However, GAAP net income dropped by 24.2% to $571 million, and non-GAAP net income declined by 16.7% to $783 million, or $7.54 per share.
Chief Executive Officer Nadav Zafrir stated that the third-quarter results met company expectations, noting that management believes the revenue trough occurred during this period. "We expect a gradual improvement starting in the fourth quarter," Zafrir said, adding that "the recovery is taking longer than anticipated, but we remain confident in our vision. Key indicators are improving, which is encouraging, and we are focused on sustainable growth."
Zafrir also highlighted that security subscription revenues expanded by 11%, driven by robust demand for email security, continuous threat exposure management, and artificial intelligence solutions.
Check Point shares have generated a negative return of 18% since the beginning of the year, though the stock has rebounded by 35.2% since hitting an annual low at the end of April. The company commands a market capitalization of $15.5 billion on Nasdaq, having previously addressed and implemented restructuring measures within its global sales organization.
