Cellcom Raises Sport 5 Premium Package Price by 9% to 57 NIS
Cellcom TV+ subscribers face a 9% price hike for the Sport 5 Premium package, rising from 52.44 NIS to 57 NIS per month starting October 14, 2026.
Cellcom TV+ subscribers received an official notification regarding a price hike for the Sport 5 Premium channel package. According to the message sent to customers, the monthly billing for the package will change from 52.44 NIS to 57 NIS per month starting October 14, 2026, representing an increase of approximately 9%.
The Sport 5 Premium package on Cellcom includes five channels: Sport 5 Max, Sport 5 Gold, Sport 5 Live HD, Sport 5 4K, and Sport 5 Stars. These channels broadcast a wide range of sporting events, including the central Israeli Premier League football match, Champions League games, Formula 1 races, Israeli Basketball Premier League games, Hapoel Jerusalem matches in the Basketball Champions League, French football league, tennis tournaments, news broadcasts, and historic highlights.
Alongside the price increase, subscribers face a viewing limitation: the Sport 5 Premium channels on Cellcom are unavailable on mobile devices and tablets. This restriction also applies to Sport 1 and Sport 2 (Charlton) channels on Cellcom, unlike the policy of other television providers.
Cellcom responded: "Even when there were market price increases, Cellcom maintained the same price in recent years. Even now, the increase is measured."
