Tel Aviv hotels have long expanded beyond traditional tourism, transforming exceptional dining into a major draw for local food enthusiasts. As part of this thriving trend, the Carlton Hotel has launched "Pop Up by Carlton TLV," an exclusive culinary project running from November 3 to December 10. For six weeks, the hotel's kitchen will host a rotating roster of prominent guest chefs, each presenting an original tasting menu paired with wines from local vineyards.

A Unique Dining Experience

Dinners will be served three evenings a week, from Tuesday through Thursday, starting at 8:00 PM. Priced at 650 shekels per diner, the experience includes a welcome cocktail, a multi-course chef's menu, wine pairings, and an alcoholic digestif. Seating is strictly limited to approximately 50 guests per evening to ensure an intimate atmosphere, and all menus are certified kosher under the supervision of the Tel Aviv Rabbinate.

Acclaimed Guest Chefs and Local Wines

Chef Tomer Agai will inaugurate the series from November 3 to 5 with a Mediterranean-inspired menu paired with wines from Psagot Winery. The following week, from November 10 to 12, Chef Oshri Masehid will present a vegetable-focused menu alongside Tulip Winery selections. From November 17 to 19, Chef Ohad Levy of Lili restaurant in Eilat will bring open-flame cooking to Tel Aviv, paired with Agur Winery wines.

The culinary journey continues from November 24 to 26, when Chef Assaf Stern serves a menu inspired by the flavors of the Silk Road, paired with Jerusalem Winery. Chef Hamudi Ekrkal will follow from December 1 to 3 with traditional Galilean dishes alongside Flam Winery wines. The series concludes from December 8 to 10 with Chef Eran Nahshon presenting a meat-centric menu paired with Gvaot Winery.

Adi Nebo, CEO of Carlton Tel Aviv, noted: "We believe a luxury hotel must offer far beyond standard accommodation, serving instead as a dynamic space for encounters, experiences, and memories. The Pop Up by Carlton TLV series was born from a desire to connect Israel's talented chefs, local wineries, and culinary enthusiasts through an intimate, rotating format that emphasizes creativity and exceptional hospitality."

This culinary initiative follows a major international milestone for the property. Carlton Tel Aviv was recently named Israel's Leading Hotel 2026 at the prestigious World Travel Awards, a significant achievement following its nine-time win as Israel's Leading Business Hotel.
