Brad Pitt secretly returned to Jennifer Aniston's life: "He would come to her house"
Well-informed sources report that the former star couple renewed their relationship many years after their divorce, meeting privately on several occasions. However, the connection ended when Brad Pitt began dating Ines de Ramon.

15 years after one of the most publicized divorce proceedings in Hollywood history, Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston began talking again in 2020 and even met in private. According to sources cited by the Daily Mail, Pitt used to arrive at least once a week on the set of the morning show starring Aniston for private lunches in her trailer.
In January of that year, they reunited behind the scenes of the SAG Awards; they hugged, smiled, and Pitt even held Aniston's hand. Shortly after, as a source familiar with the details reported, they exchanged phone numbers, and Pitt was the first to send a message, though their connection went beyond mere correspondence.
A source close to the show's production claims the actor appeared frequently on the set of the second season and was driven directly to Aniston's trailer. "Brad would arrive at least once a week. Some crew members knew, but had no idea who he was or how long he stayed. It was a regular lunch, and he stuck to it," the source said, adding: "Jen and Brad met several times, mostly at her house. They couldn't be seen together in public." In September 2020, they also appeared together in a virtual script reading, which included an especially flirtatious moment.
However, the reunion with Aniston eventually came to an end. According to the report, after Pitt began his relationship with Ines de Ramon, they decided to stop meeting. "Brad told Jen that after a few months of dating, he knew she was the one. Jen was happy for him," the same source explained.
Despite the nostalgia of fans, sources for the British tabloid claim this was not an attempt to reignite a romance. "A platonic relationship was formed, nothing more. They have been through so much that a romantic relationship was simply not on the agenda," one of them stated. Another source claimed that Pitt mainly missed the star's friendship: "Brad had no hidden agenda. More than anything, he missed that she is a friend he can rely on."
The former couple married in July 2000, and their marriage ended in January 2005. Shortly after, rumors exploded regarding a connection between Pitt and Angelina Jolie, his co-star in the film Mr. & Mrs. Smith, turning their separation into one of the most talked-about love triangles in Hollywood.
Aniston said at the time that she was in shock, but despite the pain, she refused to make Jolie the official culprit for the separation. In the years that followed, Pitt spoke warmly about Aniston, except for a 2011 statement he claimed was taken out of context.
Pitt's relationship with Jolie ended in 2016 after an incident on a flight; Jolie accused Pitt of abuse, which he denied. The divorce was only finalized in December 2024 after years of legal battles.
Aniston is currently in a relationship with Jim Curtis, an expert in hypnosis and quality of life. According to the source, she and Pitt still correspond from time to time. "She likes that they made peace," he added.
