Profit Surge Leads to 20 Million Shekel Dividend Distribution
Israeli credit firm Yaakov Finance reports a strong quarter with increased financing revenues and high return on equity, resulting in a significant dividend payout for shareholders.

The non-bank credit company Yaakov Finance has released its financial results for the second quarter and the first half of 2026, demonstrating a continued trend of growth in both business activity and net profit.
According to the reports, gross financing revenues for the second quarter reached approximately 65.1 million shekels, an increase of 11.8% compared to the same period last year. Net profit also rose to approximately 24.1 million shekels, marking a 13.8% increase over the second quarter of 2025.
Simultaneously, the company continued to scale its credit operations. The net credit portfolio grew by 35.6%, totaling approximately 3.35 billion shekels by the end of the second quarter, reflecting robust demand for the company's services.
Yaakov Finance’s strategy focuses on expanding activity with large, established companies that possess financial stability and significant cash flows. The report indicates that "solo" transactions accounted for approximately 84% of the credit portfolio during the quarter, aligning with the company’s policy of prioritizing high-quality transactions.
Positive developments were also recorded within the banking sector. Credit lines provided to the company by banks increased to 3.25 billion shekels. The Chairman of the Board noted that an additional bank joined the company's credit facility during the quarter, a move that underscores confidence in the firm's growth strategy.
Another standout figure is the return on equity, which reached approximately 19.68% in the first half of the year on an annualized basis—a high rate for the industry that highlights the company's ability to generate significant profitability relative to its equity.
In parallel, the Board of Directors approved a dividend distribution of approximately 20 million shekels on Wednesday. For investors, this serves as a signal of the company's confidence in its financial position and its ability to maintain cash flow alongside continued growth.
The reports also show that approximately 52.6% of the credit portfolio is expected to be repaid within 120 days, indicating high liquidity and a risk-mitigation policy designed to maintain financial flexibility. This combination of revenue growth, portfolio expansion, and banking trust positions Yaakov Finance in a strong financial standing as it enters the second half of 2026.
