National Insurance Expands Free Advisory Services for Senior Citizens
The National Insurance Institute is expanding digital and advisory services for senior citizens, utilizing 4,500 volunteers and a dedicated hotline to ensure full rights realization.

The National Insurance Institute (Bituach Leumi) is expanding its digital presence across social media, WhatsApp, and Telegram to provide real-time updates on allowances, legislative changes, and civil rights.
In a special public announcement, the agency is reaching out directly to senior citizens and their families to highlight its expanded advisory services aimed at improving quality of life and ensuring full rights realization.
Operated nationwide across all branches free of charge, the advisory network relies on approximately 4,500 retired volunteers who assist citizens with bureaucratic processes, allowance information, and personal support.
Alongside in-person branch services, a dedicated hotline is available at *9696 from Sunday to Thursday between 9:00 and 13:30, as the institute urges seniors and their families not to miss out on entitled benefits.
