"Bisrabek" opens a new business: "Looking for a franchisee, come make money"

What started as a viral TikTok video of a young man who returned from South America and bites into a juicy hamburger has turned into one of the most talked-about business and culinary phenomena in Israel. Mitar Saadun, the man behind the "Bisrabek" brand, managed to translate millions of social media views into a thriving restaurant chain.

Today, the chain operates successful branches in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, is on its way to opening another branch in Be'er Sheva, and has previously released a unique pizza collection in collaboration with the "Papa John's Pizza" chain.

Now it appears that the next destination for the chain is the city of Holon. Members of the municipal Facebook group "Holon" were surprised to discover a direct appeal from Saadun, who revealed in a post that he is looking for a franchisee to open a new branch in the city.

"Hi friends, this is Bisrabek, looking for a franchisee to open a Bisrabek branch in an amazing location. Whoever is serious, talk to me, come make money," wrote Saadun in a post that drew great interest and reactions from residents and potential franchisees.

In a past interview with Ice, Saadun revealed the economic model behind the brand, which is considered particularly exceptional in the complex restaurant industry. According to him, the cost of opening a branch is only about 500,000 shekels.

Saadun clarifies that he selects his franchisees with great care to maintain the quality of the chain and presents data showing a net monthly profit of between 23% and 30%. With full transparency regarding financial reports, he notes that today there is not a single franchisee in the chain who does not take home a six-figure net sum every month after deductions.
