Be'er Ya'akov: Plan for thousands of housing units passes another stage

The company Sarfati Zvi and Sons reports that the District Planning and Building Committee of the Central District has decided to deposit for publication a plan regarding a complex that will include residential, employment, and commercial space on the scale of thousands of housing units. The entire plan includes a construction potential of approximately 2,650 apartments.

The company further reported that its share in the plan stands at approximately 1,000 housing units across two complexes, along with approximately 10,000 square meters of employment space and 2,600 square meters of commercial space. The site is located in the southeastern part of Be'er Ya'akov, west of Neve Doron, and the Farhi-Tzafrir architectural firm is in charge of the town planning scheme (TABA).

This is currently an initial stage of the project. Rafi Sarfati, co-CEO of Sarfati Zvi and Sons, stated:
