Bar Cohen explodes at Arkia: 'Chaos, frustration, helplessness'
After Arkia claimed that the reality stars were taking revenge on it following a late arrival for a flight, they launched a sharp counter-attack regarding the incident at the airport and revealed a surprising statement by a company flight attendant.
In a report broadcast on 'Kan 11', claims were presented by passengers against the airline Arkia. Bar Cohen and Nofar Mor, 'Big Brother' alumni, claimed they experienced an incident with the company and joined the criticism with full support.
Arkia responded to their reaction, saying they are speaking out against the company as revenge because they did not arrive on time for the flight: 'They did not arrive on time for their flight, they arrived after the check-in counters were already closed and there was nothing to be done. And now they are settling a score on the back of Arkia'.
Bar Cohen broke her silence and responded to Arkia's reaction: 'We arrived an hour and forty minutes before check-in and it was closed. Check-in is not boarding, and the woman at the information desk said they closed earlier. There was no one to even talk to. And this on a flight that was delayed. Our flight did not leave on time, but that is already normal according to what countless users write. If we wanted to take revenge, we would have uploaded from the airport what we experienced and how much we paid for a new flight, but we paid and moved on, and there are those who do not have the money'.
Bar added: 'Arkia does whatever they want. They close whenever they want, and let's not talk about the flight there with them in Terminal 1, babies crying waiting for hours. And miserable staff members who start yelling at passengers out of frustration. Chaos. And more than that, an Arkia flight attendant who will tell you to your face in helplessness: 'You are right, this is the company''.
