Violent brawl at Moshik Roth's luxury restaurant: 2 suspects arrested

A major incident occurred at one of the restaurants owned by chef Moshik Roth, amidst the storm surrounding his dismissal from Reshet 13. At the prestigious Tel Aviv restaurant "Kumran," which is closely associated with the chef's name, an extremely violent brawl took place last week between two groups.
According to investigators, the brawl involved the use of knives and other weapons. The fight escalated and spilled outside the restaurant, where two passersby attempted to intervene but sustained light stab wounds.
The suspects fled the scene before police arrived. Officers began collecting evidence, gathering witness testimonies, and securing footage from security cameras both inside the restaurant and on the street. Overnight, between Sunday and Monday, two suspects involved in the brawl were arrested.
The suspects, Daniel Malul and Eden Lev, are already known to the police, and their detention has been extended by four days. The police are continuing efforts to locate additional suspects in the case.
On behalf of Moshik Roth, it was stated: "No comment."
The brawl follows the surprising dismissal of chef Moshik Roth from the cooking show "Chef Games" on Reshet 13, a role he held for approximately 12 years. Past grievances and anger regarding the manner in which the engagement ended have surfaced, as Roth, the first Israeli chef to win Michelin stars, learned of his termination through the media, a move that sparked a storm in the industry.
