Niv Eliasi is leaving the Israeli Premier League for his first career experience on loan overseas. The deal for the Hapoel Be'er Sheva goalkeeper to move to the Greek club Levadiakos has been finalized, and he will fly to Greece tomorrow, Monday, to undergo medical examinations and officially complete the signing. Eliasi will join the Greek club on a loan deal for the upcoming season, during which his salary will be $250,000. As part of the negotiations between the parties, the management of Hapoel Be'er Sheva and the Greeks reached an agreement that Levadiakos will have a purchase option of 1.25 million euros at the end of the loan period. Last season, Eliasi started in most of Hapoel Be'er Sheva's matches, but lost his place between the posts to Ofir Marciano in the final stages of the season. Following the club's decision to send him out on a loan season to gain significant playing time, the goalkeeper examined several options overseas and has now chosen the Greek destination, where he will play alongside Hisham Layous and Joel Abu Hanna.
