With an investment of about 15 million shekels: Eli Finish leads new advertising campaign
The 'Eretz Nehederet' star has been chosen to front the 'Big Apartment Tender' campaign for the Prashkovsky Group. The campaign, backed by an investment of approximately 15 million shekels, encourages the public to set their own apartment prices.

Eli Finish is an Israeli comedian, actor, and impressionist, known primarily for his participation in the satire program 'Eretz Nehederet' and his partnership in the duo 'Eli and Mariano'. He has been chosen to lead the advertising campaign for the 'Big Apartment Tender' by the Prashkovsky Group, which will soon air on television and digital platforms.
The campaign calls on the public to abandon traditional real estate promotions and choose the price of the apartment themselves. Through his humorous yet serious approach, Finish encourages viewers to move past the absurd promotions currently existing in the real estate market, take control, and join the revolutionary idea from Prashkovsky: a tender for the sale of apartments that allows buyers to win a property at a price they determine.
Following the launch, Finish called on residents in cities where Prashkovsky is offering apartments—specifically Ashdod, Herzliya, Tel Aviv, and Haifa—to submit their bids for the tender.
The Prashkovsky Group is a leading real estate developer in Israel, specializing in development, construction, income-producing properties, and long-term rentals. The 'Big Apartment Tender' campaign, starring Eli Finish, is supported by a financial investment of approximately 15 million shekels.
