The new musical comedy for the whole family, which will tour stages across the country, brings with it an unprecedented investment of about 3.5 million shekels.
At the center of the plot are Meni Mamtera and Nofiki, who open the funniest donut shop there is, until a small mistake in the recipe gives birth to "Sofi," a giant talking donut that creates a whole mess. Alongside them on stage will be Niki Goldstein, Inbali, and the beloved characters Batya the Ostrich and Doni the Elf. This giant production is signed by producers Elad Yosef Magen, Sabag, and Asi Stav, who did not spare any resources to create the biggest show of the holiday.
But the really interesting part happens in the contract sector: the main star, Meni Mamtera, is expected to rake in a huge sum of about 800 thousand shekels for his participation in the musical. This is one of the highest and most talked-about contracts in the industry this year, which ensures that even if the donuts on stage get complicated, this holiday is going to be especially sweet for the children's star.
