Aura Lowers Prices in 5 Projects: Discounts Reach 10%
Aura is launching a major campaign for Hever club members, offering apartments in five projects nationwide. Discounts reach 10%, alongside financing benefits and exemption from linkage differentials.

Housing prices in the Tel Aviv area are falling. Contractors are experiencing a slowdown in sales offices; however, outside of Tel Aviv, they are managing to maintain activity thanks to financing benefits. Excluding these incentives, prices are declining by a low single-digit percentage.
Following a recent campaign by Prashkovsky, Aura is now joining the list of developers launching tender-based sales. In partnership with the Hever club, Aura will sell apartments at a discount. While specific prices remain unpublished, the company asserts that the combination of price reductions and financing benefits will motivate many buyers who have been on the fence to finalize their purchase.
Our analysis indicates that discounts across various projects will reach 10%. As Israel's largest urban renewal company, Aura maintains an entrepreneurial profit threshold exceeding 20%, allowing it to offer benefits that other developers cannot. Banks are approving these deals due to the low-risk nature of Hever-backed campaigns.
A Nationwide Housing Campaign
Aura describes this as one of the largest housing campaigns in recent years, involving hundreds of apartments across 5 projects simultaneously. Registration will be open for approximately two weeks on a 'first come, first served' basis. Club members and their first-degree relatives will benefit from significant discounts, full exemption from linkage differentials, a payment plan weighted toward occupancy, and free mortgage consulting.
The five projects are located in:
-
Hadera (between the forest and city center)
-
Ramat HaSharon (Morasha neighborhood)
-
Ramat Hen, Ramat Gan (three towers near the National Park and future light rail station)
-
Kiryat Ono (the "HaOren" project)
-
Ofakim (the "Afikey HaNachal" neighborhood)
Registration opens Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 10:00 AM for Ramat HaSharon and Hadera, and at 10:30 AM for the remaining projects. Registration closes Wednesday, August 19, at 2:00 PM. Sales days are scheduled from August 24 to 28.
Ifat Kasuto, CEO of the Hever club, stated: "Buying an apartment is a significant economic decision. We are committed to providing real value to career soldiers, IDF retirees, and security forces personnel who work day and night for the country's defense."
Yaakov Atrakchi, CEO and owner of the Aura Group, added: "Since the beginning of the war, we have consistently prioritized security forces personnel. This is not just a commercial benefit, but a way to express genuine appreciation for those who act daily for the nation's security."
