Suspected nationalist crime in the West Bank: Palestinians report that settlers torched two vehicles overnight in the village of Atara near Ramallah, alongside threatening graffiti sprayed on a building's walls.
Security Forces Response and Incidents
Among the graffiti were the phrases "Qusra, wait for Thursday" and "Transfer only." The IDF issued a condemnation, and the Israel Police launched an investigation into the incident.
Additional threatening inscriptions found in Atara reference three recent events:

"Revenge Olga" connects to the ramming of 17-year-old Amihai Atia by a commercial vehicle driver from Kfar Manda at the Mul HaHof Village shopping complex parking lot in Hadera.

"Eli Zahav" refers to the settlement where 48-year-old Netanel Shakron resided; he was murdered on the eve of Yom Kippur in a shooting attack near the Ein Riyah spring close to Neveh Tzuf in the Benjamin region.

A third inscription mentioned reservist Captain Neria Leider, who was seriously wounded in a ramming attack at the Bell checkpoint on Route 443.
"The IDF strongly condemns such events that divert attention, undermine stability, and harm the operational and counter-terrorism activities of IDF forces," the military stated.
Broader West Bank Tensions
In recent weeks, Palestinians have reported multiple incidents across the West Bank, including a torched balcony in Burka, a severed water pipeline in the southern Hebron Hills, and graffiti inside a home in Qusra belonging to a Palestinian-American resident.
