Aspen Group is completing a comprehensive 3 million NIS upgrade of the iconic commercial center at Tel Aviv's HaPil Junction. Led by CEO Shlomi Akrish, the 1,600-square-meter complex is slated to reopen this October under a modernized concept blending commerce, leisure, culinary experiences, and wellness.

A key element of the revitalization is a fresh tenant mix featuring the popular restaurant "Kukunku". Following the success of its flagship location in Florentin, the culinary hotspot will open its second branch at the HaPil Junction site. The renovation also encompasses major upgrades to retail spaces and the parking facility, transforming the center into a vibrant neighborhood hub.

Aspen Group acquired the commercial center in 2024 for approximately 46 million NIS as part of its strategy to expand its income-producing real estate portfolio in high-demand urban locations. CEO Shlomi Akrish emphasized that the investment aims to restore the junction's historical prominence in northern Tel Aviv.
