The political statement of Yaakov Buzaglo continues to make waves in the entertainment industry. After the football figure, reality star, and head of the family publicly declared his political identity, his son, Asi Buzaglo, chose to respond to the matter and draw boundaries regarding his involvement in the public arena.

The storm began with a post that Yaakov Buzaglo published on his Facebook page, shortly after it became known that he and his wife Hani were returning to live in Israel after having lived abroad. Yaakov chose to address the public directly:

"I am not ashamed to be a leftist. Stop being ashamed. If you believe in the values of equality, democracy, human rights, social responsibility, and the pursuit of peace, there is no reason to apologize for it."

The reactions on the web were not long in coming, and the fire was naturally directed toward the rest of the family members as well. Reality star and former athlete Asi Buzaglo found himself at the center of the discussion and decided to clarify his personal and family position on the subject, while maintaining mutual respect within the home.

"I don't deal with politics, let every person do what is good for them," Asi clarified. "We mostly advocate that everyone should vote for what is good for them, but don't forget that this is Yaakov Buzaglo. It was attributed to me that I support Bibi, but I don't talk politics. Automatically 50% start to hate you and the hand is light on the keyboard. Yes, if there were a place to express an opinion in a fair and respectful way, but as of now, it is very difficult to talk."

In his remarks, Asi shared his thoughts on the public atmosphere and the price of publicity in the era of social networks, where every political statement triggers a wave of reactions. While Yaakov Buzaglo continues to make his voice heard, it seems that the Buzaglo family prefers to remain silent.
