Asaf Rappaport Continues the Transformation: New Appointment at Channel 13
The reorganization at Channel 13, initiated by new owner Asaf Rappaport, continues at full speed. Today, the network announced the appointment of Bar Greenstein as Chief Operating Officer (COO) to drive business growth.

The changes at Channel 13 since Asaf Rappaport became a co-owner of the network are continuing in full force, with the announcement on Tuesday that Bar Greenstein has been appointed as the company’s new Chief Operating Officer (COO).
According to the network, this appointment is part of a broad organizational effort aimed at strengthening management infrastructure and supporting long-term business development. In her new role, Greenstein will lead the company’s operations, including internal processes, human resources, and the expansion of commercial activities in line with the management’s strategy.
Greenstein brings extensive experience from the worlds of operations, communications, and branding. Most recently, she served as COO at the media company “Kvutzat Israel Bidur,” where she managed operations, HR, and information systems. Prior to that, she led the operations department at “Walla” and worked at prominent agencies such as “Yehoshua / TBWA” and “Shake Design.” She holds a bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences and an MBA with a specialization in strategic management and marketing.
