After a Three-Month Legal Battle: Restraining Order Granted for the Kardashian-Jenner Family
The court has granted a permanent restraining order against 40-year-old Robert De-Wick, who stalked the Kardashian-Jenner family. The order mandates he stay at least 91 meters away from the family members for the next three years.
Last May, Kris Jenner filed a request with the court for a permanent restraining order against a 40-year-old man named Robert De-Wick. According to documents obtained by the Daily Mail, De-Wick developed an obsession with Kylie Jenner and repeatedly attempted to get close to the family members. Now, at the end of a three-month legal battle, the court has accepted the request and granted the Kardashian-Jenner family a permanent restraining order for the next three years (until July 31, 2029).
According to the order, De-Wick must stay at least 91 meters away from Kris, Kylie, and Kendall Jenner, as well as from Kim, Kourtney, Khloe, and Robert Kardashian. He is strictly forbidden from contacting them or attempting to obtain their private addresses. As early as 2021, he arrived at Kylie's home several times, was asked to leave by her security, and was reportedly arrested for trespassing on his fifth attempt.
Court documents revealed that the stalker imagined that Kris herself was sending him messages confirming Kylie's love for him and encouraging him to propose.
"Under no circumstances would I tell a stranger to go to my daughter's house," Jenner responded, denying any connection to De-Wick.
Furthermore, the documents state that in 2024, De-Wick filed a federal petition demanding access to the family and accused Kris, Kendall, and Kim of stalking him and disrupting his "imagined relationship" with Kylie. According to the stalker's claim:
"I was encouraged to fall in love with someone who publicly declared that she agrees, and who still publicly declares that she is in love with me, but chose to get pregnant without me, as an insult."
