There is hardly anyone who has traveled toward Jerusalem without making a delicious refreshment stop at the bakery and bistro "Noa – Local Baking," located in Park Kramim in Kiryat Anavim. However, today (Wednesday), the owners announced the permanent closure of the establishment.

"After a significant period full of experiences, we have decided to close 'Noa – Local Baking' permanently," they announced in a post on social media. "The decision was not simple, but it came after much thought. We are ending this chapter with great gratitude. Thank you to each and every one of you who accompanied us along the way; we were privileged to get to know an amazing community of people. The door may be closing, but the memories and the love will always remain with us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts," they concluded.

As recalled, just about three months ago, chef-patissier Eldad Shmueli, who founded the place in 2023 and led its culinary concept, announced his departure. Despite the changes the business underwent recently, the place continued to operate until the owners' decision to close permanently. The establishment originally opened as a cafe and boutique bakery specializing in sourdough breads, fresh pastries, sandwiches, salads, and dips, and later, following its success, expanded its operations into the evening hours as a bistro.
