Inter Plus has presented quarterly results that testify to the successful implementation of the recovery process led by the company. The second quarter of 2026 marks a significant turning point, with a transition from an operating loss to an operating profit of approximately 7.2 million shekels, and a net profit of approximately 2.7 million shekels. Furthermore, the company's revenues for the quarter jumped by approximately 19% compared to the same period last year, amounting to 206.7 million shekels, while gross profit doubled to 21.4 million shekels.

The positive change is largely driven by an impressive recovery in the projects sector. For the first time in years, this sector recorded an operating profit of 1.3 million shekels, alongside a 26% growth in revenues, which reached 117.7 million shekels. In parallel, the services sector continued its growth trend with a 52% jump in operating profit, reaching 5.9 million shekels.

Beyond financial improvements, the company achieved notable strategic milestones. Last May, Inter Plus won an NTA tender worth approximately 85 million shekels for the construction of a transformer station for the M3 metro line. In July, the company signed an agreement for the construction of another transformer station for energy storage facilities, valued at approximately 56.5 million shekels. Another significant development occurred that same month, when it was reported that the controlling shareholders signed an agreement to sell their shares in the company to the Rimon Group for approximately 67.3 million shekels.

Inter Plus CEO Shlomi Asraf explained that the improved metrics are the result of a focused process including efficiency measures, project mix optimization, and a concentration on core activities. According to Asraf, Inter Plus will continue to establish its future growth engines in the fields of transformer stations, energy storage, and data centers—sought-after markets that are expected to continue growing in the coming years.
