After participating in Barcelona matches, Oriane Goren to be called up to the Israel national team
The 17-year-old Israeli wonderkid, who played 28 minutes in the Spanish champion's last friendly match, is expected to be included in Ran Ben Shimon's squad for the Nations League matches in September.

The Israeli wonderkid of Barcelona, Oriane Goren, who played his second match for the senior team last Friday, participating for 28 minutes in the friendly match against Birmingham, is expected to receive his first call-up to the senior Israel national team squad. The 17-year-old Goren is expected to take part in the national team's matches under Ran Ben Shimon as early as the Nations League, which begins in September.
Beyond his inclusion in Barcelona's youth team, Goren, who has played for the youth national team until now, may also integrate this season into the reserve team of the Catalan powerhouse, as he is considered one of the biggest prospects at La Masia. Hansi Flick's decision to include him in the senior Barcelona squad for both the friendly match against CE Europa a little over a week ago, and against Birmingham on Friday, indicates the system's belief in him. This is one of the main reasons why he will be part of the broad squad of the senior Israel national team.
The youth and under-21 national teams of Israel have other significant missions such as the Euro qualifiers and the possibility of a playoff for the Euro, so it is possible that Goren will be prioritized for the tasks of these teams. However, he will be included in the senior national team squad and will be called up for its matches as needed.
