A new property calculator by Bizportal shows that 45 out of 85 Israeli cities offer 4-room apartments within a 2 million NIS budget, mapping regional pricing trends.

Finding an apartment with a budget of 2 million NIS requires knowing exactly where your money goes. Out of 85 cities analyzed over the past 12 months, exactly 45 cities fit within this price range for a 4-room apartment.
A new tool launched by Bizportal helps buyers filter cities based on their available budget and desired number of rooms. The calculator processes the input amount and returns cities where the median price over the past year remains below the threshold, provided there were at least 30 recorded transactions.

Exploring Alternative Budgets
Users can adjust budgets between 1.5 million and 4 million NIS while switching between 3, 4, and 5-room apartments. A budget of 1.5 million NIS opens up 48 relevant cities for a 3-room apartment, whereas 3 million NIS for a 4-room apartment expands options to 76 cities.

The list automatically sorts cities from the most expensive one that still fits the budget down to the most affordable. Additionally, a separate tab displays cities exceeding the budget by up to 15%, such as Tzur Yitzhak, Pardes Hanna-Karkur, Yokneam Illit, and Holon.
