Purchases by interested parties, specifically controlling shareholders, are always a matter of significant interest. We recently covered in detail the purchases made by Yitzhak Tshuva in the shares of Delek Yezum, which went public last July, activity that continued even after our report was published.

Now, it is worth focusing on the activity of Amos Luzon regarding the securities of the various companies under his control that are traded on the stock exchange, in which he increased his stake yesterday during trading.

The first company is Luzon Group, of which Luzon holds about 57% of the issued capital. Yesterday, he purchased shares worth approximately 200,000 shekels through the stock exchange. This is a holding company operating in contracting, infrastructure, and real estate development in Israel, as well as in Poland through the Ronson company. Additionally, the company holds a significant stake in the Dorad power plant. The company is traded at a market value of about 2 billion shekels. Beyond Luzon himself, other major shareholders include the Meitav investment house (about 12%) and Menora (about 6%).

The second company is Luzon Ronson, a subsidiary of Luzon Group that focuses on real estate in Poland. Luzon Group holds about 71% of the company's issued capital, and yesterday, shares were purchased for approximately 180,000 shekels. In this instance, Amos Luzon acted indirectly through the company under his control. Other interested parties, beyond Luzon Group, include the Meitav investment house (about 10%) and the Clal company (about 8%). The company is traded at a value of about 1.9 billion shekels, which is not far from the value of the parent company.

The third company is Luzon Ashrai (formerly known as Tarya), a P2P lending company that has recently entered into joint activity in the mortgage sector with the Navi company. In this case, Amos Luzon also holds an indirect stake through his controlling interest in Luzon Group, which owns about 28% of Luzon Ashrai shares. Yesterday, Luzon's holding company purchased shares worth approximately 200,000 shekels. Luzon Ashrai is a much smaller company than the two mentioned above, with a market value of about 220 million shekels.
