Almog Cohen revealed what he told the Beitar Jerusalem players before extra time
The Jerusalem coach celebrated the qualification for the third qualifying round of the Conference League: "I told the players to play with courage, with maximum belief and confidence."

Beitar Jerusalem celebrated on Thursday evening a hard-fought qualification for the third qualifying round of the Conference League after a penalty shootout against AEK Larnaca. The Cypriots recorded a 3:2 win after 90 minutes, forcing extra time following the 1:0 victory for the Jerusalemites in the first leg. In the shootout, Miguel Silva redeemed his fateful mistake from stoppage time by saving two kicks, signaling the start of the celebrations.
"This is a very important victory; we played an excellent game against a team whose experience in these situations was evident," said Almog Cohen. "Luckily, it ended as sweetly as possible. Before the game, I talked about the fact that the most important trait in football is courage. At the beginning of extra time, I told the players that no matter what happens here, I am 100 percent behind them. I told them to go out with maximum belief and maximum confidence to win this game. The crowd here was amazing."
In the next stage, Beitar Jerusalem will meet Austria Vienna.
