In a candid interview on the Galei Tzahal radio show hosted by Shalmor Struzman and Meirav Feldman, Adi Shilon opened up about the heavy personal toll of her past decisions. Discussing her life split between Israel and Germany due to custody arrangements for her daughter Michel with her ex-husband Yosef Swied, Shilon admitted she complicated her life significantly. Juggling a bi-national routine between Berlin, where her daughter's life is anchored, and Israel has proven to be a complex, romantic mistake of her youth. Despite her controlling nature, she must wait until Michel turns 18 to decide her permanent home. To cope with the constant transitions, Shilon relies on her Holocaust survivor grandmother's advice to live day by day. Meanwhile, Shilon has also found love again, confirming her relationship with actor Aki Avni after they connected on Instagram.

Finding Strength in Routine and New Love

Balancing life across two countries requires meticulous planning in short segments, a coping mechanism she learned from her grandmother. Beyond the geographical challenges, Shilon's personal life has taken a bright turn with her new romance. In December, she confirmed her relationship with Aki Avni, following chance encounters on Instagram that blossomed into a public romance in Tel-Aviv.
