Adi Buzaglo says goodbye in tears: "After a very long period"
After a long period of living together under one roof with Asi and Adi, the heads of the famous family are leaving the shared property and moving into a new apartment of their own.
After a long period of living together under one roof, Hani and Yaakov Buzaglo have found a new apartment and are moving into it. Adi Buzaglo shared her feelings this morning about the move in an emotional post.
Adi wished her husband Asi's parents a new and successful path and opened her heart:
"Good morning, today Hani and Yaakov are moving to their new home after we lived together for a very long time. They went abroad for a year, returned to us and were with us again, until they found their lovely apartment. I am so happy and excited for them. There is nothing like seeing loved ones find their place and build a home for themselves. I wish them that the house will be full of love, joy, health and only good moments."
Asi and Adi Buzaglo are among the most prominent and well-known couples in Israel. Asi, a former footballer and right-back in a career that spanned 17 years, broke into the broad public consciousness alongside his wife Adi through the yes docu-reality series "The Buzaglos," which followed the famous football family for 9 seasons and a feature film. Their status was significantly strengthened after Asi participated and won the title of "The Last Survivor" in the third season of "Survivor VIP."
The couple has been together for about 23 years and married for about 20 years, and the couple has four children together. The two are very open about their past and shared that in the first seven years of their relationship they experienced deep crises, reached the steps of the rabbinate twice and almost divorced due to financial difficulties and ego wars, but chose to fight for their love. In addition, Adi recently revealed that she deals with a complex hearing impairment ("on the verge of deafness" as she defines it) and relies mainly on lip reading.
Hani and Yaakov Buzaglo are the heads of the famous Buzaglo family, stars of the successful docu-reality series "The Buzaglos," and parents of former footballers Ohad, Asi, Maor, and Almog. Yaakov is a former footballer himself who played for teams like Hapoel and Beitar Jerusalem. The couple is known for their unique and open relationship in front of the cameras, which included a prolonged divorce and remarriage in the season finale of the first season of the series.
In August 2025, the two decided to leave Israel. After initial planning to move to Portugal, they settled in Tbilisi, Georgia, where they opened an independent business accompanying Israelis in investments, real estate, and medical and aesthetic treatments.
After almost a year of living overseas, the intense longing for their children and grandchildren won out, and the couple returned to live in Israel. Upon their return to Israel in the summer of 2026, Yaakov broke a 45-year family tradition: for the first time in his life, he got a haircut at a professional barbershop, after all these years only Hani was responsible for his haircut.
Now, after returning to live alongside Asi and Adi and staying with them during the transition period, Hani and Yaakov are finding their new home and moving into their new apartment.
