The Tiv Taam chain concluded the second quarter of 2026 with impressive results, demonstrating resilience during a challenging period for the industry. According to a report by economists at the IBI investment house, the company's revenues grew by approximately 3% to reach 555.8 million shekels—a figure that exceeded analysts' forecasts of 538 million shekels. Net profit stood at 25.4 million shekels, meeting expectations despite one-time expenses recorded during the quarter.

The most notable achievement for Tiv Taam this past quarter was in the retail sector. While other food retailers experienced a decline in same-store sales (SSS) due to frequent travel abroad weighing on local consumption, Tiv Taam achieved a positive growth rate of 0.9%. This performance is attributed to the chain's differentiation, the continued strengthening of its online presence, and the opening of new branches.

Furthermore, the company's trading sector recorded 6.5% growth, supported by deepening synergies between Israco and 'Mizrach Maarav'. This integration has significantly expanded the group's distribution capabilities and customer base. Consequently, the gross profit margin continued its upward trend, reaching 34.8% compared to 34.0% in the same quarter last year.

In light of this strong performance, IBI maintains a target price of 16.1 shekels for Tiv Taam shares with an "outperform" recommendation, predicting that the company's net profit will exceed 91 million shekels by the end of 2026.
