80 pages, new design and new writers: "Olam Katan" goes big
After years of success as a beloved Shabbat bulletin, "Olam Katan" is evolving into a full-scale weekly newspaper. The publication is expanding to over 80 pages of quality content, featuring a modern design, a new logo, and a significantly wider distribution network across the country.
Something new is beginning: after years of establishing its status as one of the most recognized and beloved Shabbat bulletins within the national-religious public, "Olam Katan" is moving up a grade. Starting this week, the newspaper will be distributed in an expanded weekly format, featuring over 80 pages of quality content.
This historic move includes a significant expansion of content, an increase in the team of writers and talents, a modern design, a brand-new logo, and a wide expansion of the distribution network throughout the country. The new newspaper will offer a broad variety of content every week, ranging from news and current events to personal columns, Judaism, society, culture, and in-depth magazine articles.
New writers, modern design, and wide distribution
Alongside the familiar writers who have accompanied "Olam Katan" over the years, new names will join the publication, bringing diverse perspectives on the burning issues that occupy the religious public and Israeli society as a whole.
As part of the renewal, the newspaper is undergoing a significant change in appearance. The new design and updated logo are part of the transition from a Shabbat bulletin structure to a full weekly newspaper product. Simultaneously, the distribution system is being expanded: alongside traditional distribution in synagogues, new points will be added nationwide to reach additional audiences.
The transition to a weekly newspaper is part of a broader growth strategy at "Olam Katan," which seeks to deepen its activity as a leading media outlet and offer readers a much richer experience.
Expanding the digital arm
This print evolution complements the significant expansion of "Olam Katan" in the digital world over the past year. As part of building a media group, the "Olam Katan" news site was established, alongside active social channels that reach millions of views every month, delivering a clear and uncompromising voice.
The "Olam Katan" editorial desk stated:
"We wanted to give our readers a worthy and high-quality newspaper—one that is pleasant to open at the end of the week and offers valuable content on every page. The transition to more than 80 pages is part of a broader growth process, driven by a desire to renew, deepen, and bring the public a more invested and complete product. Olam Katan. Now big."
