The Mina Tomei Asian restaurant group continues its expansion with the launch of a new flagship restaurant in Haifa. The chain offers a fusion of five distinct cuisines: Japanese, Thai, Indian, Korean, and Vietnamese. In Japanese, the name translates to "everything is clear, everything is transparent."
With an investment of approximately 15 million shekels, this new location stands as the group's largest and most significant project. The menu promises an experiential culinary journey from India to Japan, utilizing diverse cooking techniques and premium ingredients imported specifically for the chain.
The Mina Tomei group is currently in a phase of significant growth, solidifying its status as a leading restaurant operator in Israel. As part of its national strategy, the group plans to open new branches in high-demand areas, including Kiryat Ono, Hod HaSharon, Rishon LeZion, Netanya, and Yokneam. Additionally, the group’s "Natanzon" burger brand is set to expand beyond Haifa for the first time, reaching new audiences across the north and center of the country.
