Feldstein claimed that Orich saw the classified document and knew its source. According to him, Orich also approved its transfer for publication in the German newspaper. Orich denied it and attacked: "I haven't seen my daughter for a whole week because of you." The confrontation deteriorated into shouting and personal accusations, at the end of which the investigator told Orich: "He is not lying."
